Zowie rolled out the second generation of its popular ambidextrous claw-grip mouse, the FK2. Designed to succeed the FK1, this mouse is compacted, while retaining the essential design of the FK1, albeit being slightly stubbier. It measures 64 mm x 124 mm x 36 mm (WxLxH), compared to the 67 mm x 128 mm x 27 mm of the FK1. It weighs a fixed 85 g. Under the hood of this 7-button mouse is an Avago ADNS-3310 sensor, with a tracking resolution of 3,200 dpi (adjustable between 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 dpi), and polling rate of up to 1,000 Hz (adjustable between 125, 500 and 1000 Hz). The company didn't give out pricing or availability details.
