As part of its comeback streak with PC graphics, BIOSTAR announced its GeForce GTX 960 graphics card. Based on a custom-design by the company, the card features a custom PCB design, and a dual-fan aluminium fin-stack heatsink, to which heat is fed by copper heat pipes. The cooler keeps its fans off until the GPU reaches a temperature threshold. The card offers reference clocks of 1127 MHz core, 1187 MHz GPU Boost, and 7.00 GHz (GDDR5-effective) memory. The card draws power from a single 6-pin PCIe power connector. Display outputs include a pair of dual-link DVI, and one each of HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 connectors. Expect the card to be priced at $199.

I do like the look of the card and the fact its a custom PCB which depending on its Phases and such could be a great card (I have not really read up on it at all yet). Though I will say the cooler does look good however it does look a little cheap for some reason. Maybe its the colors on the cooler but I feel it looks a bit to plastic while staring at it. Maybe I am over analyzing as it is a GTX 960.

yeah can't judge by the image because it's just a renderer image not the real actual card...

The box is rendered yes but with jaggies and weird box-shadow.

The card is actually a photo, but badly taken one at that - possibly using cameraphone, and cropped with worst tracing skill ever (I think it's done with single-click of quick wand tool).
You could see white jaggies 'halo' around the card.

yes indeed..
i thought it was rendering because there is a capacitor reflection on the PCB... :D
