This is just a great selection, I would only remove PCI slots on those motherboards:
- G.1 Sniper A88X has 8 SATA ports which is great for NAS and streaming and anything else you can think of
-F2A78M-DASH is a Micro-ATX motherboard with 6 SATA ports, also great for NAS

In both of them you can also add PCIe - SATA card and second GbE card and you have got yourseld a perfect NAS device with many other options for a small sum of money compared to expensive Intel motherboards.

The last Mini-ITX motherboard you could use as a NAS device (3/4 x HDD in RAID 5) and add additional GbE card (with at least two ports) because you could also set up a router .
