VisionTek has been around since as long as I have been into PC's (not that that's saying much)! I remember my first proper GPU was a VisionTek Ti 4200 (Xtasy) from BestBuy. Which is about right since I was about 20 when I built my first PC, and that card came out in 2002.

So yeah, they have at least been around for AT LEASTthe past 13 years making GPU's. (same like PNY, just a nice OEM making/selling OEM cards)
