The Killer Network Manager decides which apps runs on which connection for gaming traffic optimization. This will give you the max throughput as high as 2.867 Gbps. In addition, the latest Killer 1535 Wi-Fi AC provides a significant technology for gamers, the ExtremeRange Technology. The ExtremeRange Technology includes Transmit Beamforming, MU-MIMO Support and External Amplifiers and benefits gamers 2.4x of networking stability and 25% more of wireless performance. With the latest Killer 1535 Wi-Fi AC, gamers could take advantage of the various network usages in both gaming and streaming.

Since SATA-Express is dead because there are still no devices on the market, MSI offers a whole new generation of high speed storage support through Turbo M.2, Turbo U.2 and 2X FASTER USB 3.1. Turbo M.2 transfers data through a PCI Express 3.0 x4 interface up to 32 Gb/s, making it 5x faster than SATA 3.0 solutions. With a Turbo U.2 Host Card which fits in a M.2 slot, the X99A GODLIKE GAMING also supports the latest and greatest high performance SSDs such as the new Intel 750 series. With support for NVMe, data transfer speeds have never been faster. As a result of innovative engineering the X99A GODLIKE GAMING motherboard also offers both USB 3.1 Type-A and Type-C interface for the most convenient and fast mobile storage solutions.

Designed for overclocking with patented Turbo Socket
With a rich history of breaking world records inherited from MSI's legendary Overclocking motherboards and the presence of unique OC features, the X99A GODLIKE GAMING has OC running through its veins. The patented Turbo Socket is one of the features that removes all limits by providing extra pins (2036 in total) for better overlocking of the Intel extreme processors. Turbo Socket allows for higher DDR4 memory frequencies, lower latencies and enhanced stability while overclocking.

This certainly is a way to put down 'God'. Might as well call it, 'MSi Blasphemy X99A'.
I guess this means that anyone religious or atheist should not buy this board ?

Announces the most powerful X99 gaming m.. ! what a load of crap! ASROCKx11 and all WS :They are better options. They have 80 available PCI-E direct lines with 2x PLX on board. How well has proved AUDIO onboard we hev see here on test with MSI Z97 GAMING 9 AC .32 bit DAC is a nice upgrade . to provide 3 USB3.1 is being linked 6 USB3 exits . controllers are others .79 series also did not have initially USB3 support .of course, it is not said that when using M.2 will lose PCI-e slot, etcetera . so much grossing for the normal progress is annoying.
It will be a good competition to the ASUS ,GIGABYT gameing X99 board. I see only an improved model 9.

What does that even mean? Is there even 2036 contacts on the Intel CPUs? Also, why would they put such a low quality image on their website. I wonder if MSI's web designer is having a laugh.

Yep the chips do have 2036 contacts. The extra contacts allow you to change 6 extra voltages that would otherwise be unavailable. These voltage really help with uncore overclocking.

You can have a rave in your case.

I can deal with it when people have a single color in the case it can look dam out right awesome, the part i don't get is the red theme of the motherboard with all these color options.

They should of done it all white with the color options lol.

And they have to put names like this on it so it sounds like it's a $300 motherboard.

Only thing i like about it is how many SATA and USB connections it has the res seems not needed for my needs even more so price tag.

What are they calling the mini-ITX version - Baby Jesus Edition?

Little Devil sounds better to me even more so if it's red.

I wishing we could have the X38 days back with naked ass copper which is the only time i like any motherboards

I am laughing so hard at that name, though it is a very good looking board in my book (Makes me almost want to sell my current board and swap out to this one).

I think the adjustable LED's is a great thing but has a bit of a problem when you consider the board is painted red (err, the heatsinks at least).

Silly you. I am realist (=atheist), yet in gaming I very much like to play and fantasize about being some superhero or supernatural creature or god or devil or extraterrestrial or whatnot. Does not change the meaning of the word and has nothing to do with any religion really.

@btarunr gave the actual answer but regardless the term God does not denote a specific religion. It is a noun for a supreme being. I can call myself a God amongst men if i was a super dooper person in my field. To use the term Godlike actually implicitly has no attachment to God but instead alludes to greatness. If people thought it blasphemous, I know a place in Syria/Iraq that would happily take them.

As for the garish branding, it's a bit OTT for my likes and I agree with the general consensus - variable LED's good but why oh why make the damn thing red? Chrome would be far better for multi function LED's.
