All that empty space on the MATX boards... Is there a reason (other than the ~$7 it would cost to add) that they don't have on-board WiFi?

I appreciate their effort to introduce cheaper mobos for gamers because just a fraction of them neads boards with 2 to 3 PCIe-16x Slots - but those boards are crap!

Way too much PCI (one for old Audiocards etc is ok, but three?), upright SATA-Ports, VGA and DVI instead of Displayport, no USB Type-C as far as I see an generally crappy layout.

Just for some better audio with software enhancements an voodoo-LAN with cheating-software I wouldn't choose those boards over any Z170 and miss the chance for painless OCing.
