Ultra ATA/133 Raid Controller,
Running Windows XP Pro Sp2,

Mods:
2 blue 80mm case fans,
1 lighted round IDE cable blue,
1 lighted round floppy cable blue,
12" dual cold cathode red,

Too messy... 2/10, Clean it up a bit and I will rethink your vote, I am extremely critical on cable management as well so sorry if you feel offended.

Specs aside, while I am not the greatest in cable management, if you're going to have a window on the case, some effort should be put in to clean it up (zip ties, SOMETHING!).
3/10 cuz I like the lights.

Really messy cables, crappy specs. You dont "mod" your case with just throwing some leds inside of the case..
