CanonLake and 200 series chipset.... 2017....{union point} interesting .. hoping there wont be a half die iGPU and more GHZ on that chip...

There will be a gpu, I guarantee it. If you don't want an IGPU look at the lga 2011 platforms.

2011 or extreme ones are pretty expensive sometimes, i may recognize that they will make builds more future proof....

Another thing worth noting is you think that removing the igpu would lead to higher ghz. The lower end of the lga 2011 platform lacks a igpu yet clocks the exact same.
