Specs:
AMD powered system

Interim model for a new build AMD system.

So, how does the airFLOW? Is it a L to R or R to L thing?

Front to rear/top. Filters built into fan mount on the front. Screens on rear, left rear, and top for out flow. (Pets and kids fingers to consider there). The fans are maintained at low rpm, but the channeled airflow keeps it cool and quiet in use. Been in use for about 6 months. Routinely clean the front filters and still have no dust building up inside.

Are there three fans there on the front? Two large ones on the L and R and another in the middle? You say filters (plural) but then only mention a single fan mount.

2x 240mm and 1x120mm on the front for intake.
1x120mm behind (rear panel) the cpu at back, plus areas roughly 240mm sqaure screen at the rear/top for neutral outflow. Pressure sits slightly higher inside, but the increased airflow pushes the single fan's outflow at the back higher.
The splitting of the case inside by the acrylic motherboard mount forces air from the PSU to bypass out the side vents. The motherboard's heat zone is open inside the front and the air channels out the single rear fan and top vented screen.

The three fans at the front are screened by foam and alimunum screening in front of the fans. On initial build and testing, this gave me a slight but stable reduction in intake. With 2x 240mm and 1x120mm in, against 1x120mm and 240mm neutral outflow, it provides good airflow through the case.

Mostly meant to be quiet. Does just enough to keep a mid range system cool quietly (and cheaply) while I save for expensive toys.
Note: cable management became a beast in limited space. I limited myself to 12" deep, 13" tall, and 24" wide. Some of the solutions ended up being suboptimal, but workable. Mostly it was careful routing of longer cables to mounts on the frame to reduce airflow restriction.
