Just guessing/assuming some things here, it looks like that's about 80+ Bronze levels. Check out the specs on Spire's product page. Absolutely no mention of any certifications.
I hate these "30% less" statements. Less than WHAT?! A vacuum cleaner? A microwave? A Tesla in ludicrous mode? The Grand Coulee Dam?

Craptastic junk, agreed. Their web page gives it away - [Features - Intel Core 2, Core 2 Due, Core 2 Extreme, Celeron, Pentium | AMD Athlon 64X2,AMD Athlon 64 FX,AMD Athlon 64, Sempron] (from Pearl 550 specifications), I guess they think we're still in the Pentium 4 Era? Also no sleeved cables at all, just bare wires, and connectors that look like something from 20 years ago on a $10 PSU. Does it come with a fire extinguisher included?

yeah really, i could say, well will say +5% more than my current PSU.

If true on the 2 year warranty i know i would not bother.
