But being Roccat, it's probably going to fall apart in a few months and their support will tell you to piss off

Had neither of that BS you speak off, how ever when i got mine it was around the LED issue time so i ended up going though 3 due to LED's and 1 due to keys stopping working.

Well i had a key issue again but after the warranty (2 years at the time ) then they told me fuck off even when one of the LEDS failed again., So i took all the LED's out put my own in and they still working 100% today :). Which indercates that there was a LED supply issue over a pretty long time line.

Which when i had a issue out of warranty with SteelSeries they replaced the mouse with the replacement failing soon after but after warranty i just put it in a box in the cupboard and one day i just decided to ask SS for the part that was failing and they just ask me to just send it in and gave me a SS Wireless. my original mouse was $100 so but at least they did not tell me f off lol.

Anyways, for $150 and just LED effects i would opt for a DAS or alike, although i only buy fully programmable keyboards.
