We've already covered some upcoming AM4 motherboards from a plethora of companies here, here, and here. Packaging for some of these AM4 motherboards from various manufacturers have now been leaked, with models from ASUS (namely, the X370-based Crosshair VI Hero and Prime X370-PRO); Gigabyte (AORUS AX-370 Gaming 5), as well as BIOSTAR (with two different chipsets making the rounds, the X370 through the Racing X370 GT7 and Racing X370 GT5 models; and the B350 chipset through their Racing B350 GT5 and B350 GT3) making the rounds.
And while books may be judged by their covers, and motherboards aren't necessarily so, the manufacturers know that the packaging is one of the first elements to draw a prospective buyer's attention. To this end, AMD seems to be heavily pushing its Ryzen branding, having apparently instructed the manufacturers to print a small Ryzen logo on all of their AM4 motherboards. Seems like AMD's marketing department has finally woken up to the need of instilling brand recognition and confidence on its customers, and while for us, seeing the Ryzen sticker in yet another product probably doesn't mean much, it represents another marketing hit from AMD towards the average consumer.
Update: New ASRock motherboards have also been leaked, namely, its X370 Killer SLI/Ac and the B350-based AB350 Gaming K4 models.
