No they don't support overclocking and you don't need 8+2 for stock tdp on these chips.

This is where you're wrong. B350 chipset supports overclock (a320 doesn't) so it would make sense.

LED's will probably sell more boards than an overclocking friendly vrm section...

There's no leaks, it's confirmed by amd, that b350 will offer overclocking support.
