NVIDIA today released the GeForce 388.00 WHQL software suite. These drivers are "game-ready" for the week's hottest two game releases, "Destiny 2," and "Assassin's Creed: Origins." This includes optimization, and GeForce Experience optimal settings. The drivers also address stuttering issues with G-Sync on certain displays plugged into gaming notebooks, while running "The Witcher 3," "Doom" or "CS: GO." Grab the drivers from the links below.

Nice, now that denuvo is cracked in 5 minutes, can´t wait to play the amazing games that will release this week, without paying for micro transactions or non sense pre order bonuses

It would be nice if someone fixed Shadow Of War crashes across all kinds of cards.

I upgraded to these because today I got my first ever desktop tdr while using the 385.69 driver. I hope that's not my hardware fizzling out already.

No need for hot fixes lately when they can push any beta as whql, no need for beta testers even since all the telemetry.
Instead you need to decipher which whql is beta, which one is hot-fix and which one is experimental one that kills old cards.

387.xx had issues with OpenGL like flashing screens and horrible slow-downs to slide-show fps rates (observed with GpuTest 0.7 suite and Doom 2016). Glad 388.00 fixed it. Even have Reshade working perfectly with Doom now too.

Sorry, didn´t know about that. Was just on a rant against companies applying loot box system etc I prefer to pay for Indie games nowadays and support fair devs than these big companies stealing our money. But I apologize for what I said.

Over 22hours and had none .
My PC with my 1080ti does it. My PC with 1080 has only crashes once, it wasn't the same issue either. My PC with 1080ti gives me the GPU not accepting commands error . I think maybe it's a heat issue, a lot of people have the problem and have yet to solve it.

1080ti also here... still fine. It could be something else... this driver is fine too.

I am on heavy OC@2100MHz and on water, GPU hardly breaks 48C on middle FAN/pump preset. So the card keeps its clock on max also.

The unusual thing about this game is the vram consumption. Instability culprit may linger there.
