Hi there!

I am currently working on a similiar project. Just slightly bigger.
Currently I am not sure if I either should actively cool with the engine fan, or use standard pc fans behind the engine fan and leave the engine fan as a passive structure. (Either allow it to rotate by the suction, or keep it non-rotating.)

How did you do it?

My concerns are mainly safety related, not power/noise.
