Cherry Introduces the KC 6000 SLIM Keyboard

Cherry has launched their KC 600 SLIM keyboard, which brings about a new-found interest in flair and a modern, stylish design. Cherry themselves are adamant on this, as they say that "The CHERRY KC 6000 SLIM keyboard impresses with its precise scissor mechanism, compact dimensions and state-of-the-art design. A sturdy keyboard with an integrated metal plate, it is a particularly attractive addition to the desk of the style-conscious user."

Cherry's KC 6000 SLIM makes use of the company's SX key scissor mechanics switch technology. According to Cherry, this guarantees an excellent typing feel, a perfect operation, and a long service life. The keycaps being laser-engraved means that Cherry has bet on durability and resistance to abrasion. The CHERRY KC 6000 SLIM is available from May 2018 for a recommended retail price of €40 / $50 / £35, and is available on two different colors: silver housing with white keys, or black housing with black keys.

This is something I like! Beautiful styling, soft, clean lines and the RGB isn't over-the-top. Very nice.

I disagree. I see many differences. It is a nice looking board that brings many of its own design and materials to the market.

Apple isn't the only company that knows how to design sleek.

I have an Apple Keyboard on one of my PCs. This looks a lot like it. But better looking.
I really like the chiclet keys too. It's easy to type with and semi-alright for games.

Classic example of "form over function" Chiclet is totally counterproductive. I wouldn't use it to type a lot.
Thanks to it's sculped forms I don't have to look at my keyboard to start typing.

I have three types of Mech-Keyboards and I don't like two of them.
My Logitec G410 is probably the best one that I have, but I have no problems with Planks like this.

I'll probably get one.
