Another "RGB Gaming" product... though, a thought occurs while reading through the post. Typically a custom built PC is made up of parts from many different manufacturers. You might have a Gigabyte motherboard, Asus graphics card, Themaltake cooler, Seasonic power supply, etc... so I can only imagine all the crapware installed to control all the RGBs. It's nice at least that it supports ASUS AURA Sync, though I wonder how Colorful is using ASUS software. One less crap program, anyway.

A way to protest the RGB fad, we need everyone to stop talking about it. And refuse review items that emphasis "gaming" and "RGB" in the name or description. If you start it, you could eventually go down in history as the hero who saved the PC components industry and also brought down Tylenol & Advil corporation!

It's the same meaningless BS as "digital" or "digital ready" speakers and headphones. That one especially annoys me and is usually applied to crappy products to make them seem higher end, to the ignorant who don't know any better.

Yes... as well as any other iAnything product that isn't Apple. I distinctly remember an "iCooler" on some graphics card, I believe it was... Hell, I thought the same of Intel when we first started seeing Core iX processors.

Seriously... the "gaming" marketing scheme is getting really old. I think it's okay with peripherals... it makes sense to have a gaming mouse or keyboard with features gamers would find useful. I'd even be okay with it with some other things like a headset, or even a monitor... products that the gaming marketing would actually make sense for. But I don't think it applies to memory, motherboards, cases, etc. I'd love to see a joke review of a ridiculous fake product from Razer or something, just to poke fun at it. best performance @2400 (stock)
and @3066 CL16
otherwise on any other clocks 2933-2800-2666-3200 u gonna face alot of lag and drop in games
just run it on these clocks and u will be fine
