a limited version of it is free that only supports 256gb ssd and 2gb of ram and costs 20 bucks. FuzeDrive ($60) supports up to 1TB SSD and 4GB of RAM and is not free for AMD users.

I don't think b350 owners can get this for free. At least that is what the AMD site states. Am I wrong?

No, it is not. PrimoCache is much more polished product(I've tried both myself). Linus did a video on the two a few months ago, well he was using AMD StoreMI but it is the same thing as FuzeDrive.(Yeah, I know, I'm not the biggest fan of Linus either, but he does have some useful information from time to time.)
