I think as we can see 1080 Ti faster than vega 60 it look like AMD don't care graphics at all, they know his speed and made him anyway but whay ? if you know the speed is bad and speed/price is bad too whay make the card anyway ? shouldn't be more smart to not do nothing and save the money for making a mutch better card ?

Not paying for that kind of performance to be honest. I'd rather get a 1080ti for cheaps at this point.

Benchmark Scores 3050 scores good 15-20% lower than average, despite ASUS's claims that it has uber cooling.
"sponsored" games do what they are supposed to do, I guess.
Vega 7 perf was leaked by (curiously) WCCFTech (yeah, I know what they are), back then I think they called it Radeon 7, that barely matches 2080.

That's pretty much where I expect the card to be.

Reviewers with plenty of nvidia sponsored games would be able to claim it is quite behind and vice versa.

No.
It looks like they hate graphics.
2/3rd of their "Compute and Graphics" revenue comes from GPUs, but they still do!

You'd wonder why? Well, not because certain people on the internet are so bright, not at all, it's because they are naturally evil.
That A in AMD stands for "Evil". (they don't know how to spell words properly either).

yhe 1080 Ti is grate. medi if you right about this then it from the low performance cards RX580 :x
