TechPowerUp today released the latest version of TechPowerUp GPU-Z, the graphics information, diagnostic, and monitoring utility for PC enthusiasts and gamers. The latest version adds support for even more new GPUs, and improves on various areas. To begin with, support is added for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660, RTX 2060 Mobile (TU106-B), Quadro RTX 5000, and Quadro RTX 6000. We have successfully implemented another AMD Radeon VII sensors: GPU hotspot. With this, hotspot measurement is no longer exclusive to Wattman and visible in GPU-Z, too. While at it, we also enabled the Hotspot sensor by default for graphics cards based on "Vega 10" and "Vega 20."

In addition, we made several under-the-hood changes, such as cleaning up the PCI vendor database to add new entries and remove unused ones; making sure Sapphire doesn't appear on PC Partner OEM graphics cards; a start-up crash when parsing video BIOS on older-generation graphics cards (NVIDIA "Fermi" and older); a random GPU-Z hang on the splash screen on some systems; and a crash during video BIOS parsing on machines with certain AMD Radeon graphics cards. Grab it from the link below.
