The distribution plate is an interesting option for those that don't need a rear exhaust fan. The two reservoirs look exactly like the old versions except with a clear back rather than a metal piece.

Check out some pictures on google. This thing is damn near specifically made for that case. They actually have 2 versions im pretty sure and they both go perfect in that case.

I don't get it. Other than purely for show on the (no pun intended) trade show to wow the crowd of layman/geeks I really can't see the point of distribution plates.

Normal tubing (flex/rigid) is far more practical in any respect. Cleaning distribution plates is absurdly time consuming, especially really complicated, giant ones, like that Core P5 from Thermalfake shown this year. Unscrewing multitude of tiny screws every year or two, cleaning acryl. Furthermore any PMMA kind of material cracks around threads in 2-3 years always at least some micro crack(s).

On top of that. Making triple sure that seal orig is where it should be when closing everything down. Everybody who took VGA block apart know how annoyingly uncooperative origns can be when putting everything back again and now magnify the scale 5, 10, 15-fold. And if you have multi-chamber plate with many orings... oh well have fun! Not for me.

As is water cooling these days anyways. Theres no need for it, but sure and shit looks good.
