Those graphs have the RTX 2080, but not the 2080 Super. So that is an addition 7-10% on top of its lead.

The average difference in performance between a RTX 2080 Super and a RX 5700 XT is that the 2080 Super is between 15% to 32% faster depending on resolution with the 2080 Super pulling ahead considerably as resolution goes up.
