LIAN LI Industrial Co. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of aluminium chassis and PC accessories, joins forces again with Germany's renowned overclocker Der8auer to design the O11 Dynamic XL, a bigger and improved version of the award-winning O11 Dynamic. Built with the user's feedback in mind, the O11D XL is set to become the PC chassis of choice for custom loop water cooling, workstation powerhouse build, and gaming enthusiasts for maximum customization.

Made from aluminium and tempered glass, available in black or white, the O11 Dynamic XL is loaded with features to make every PC DIY project a dream come true. Bigger in every way (O11XL D 471 mm, H 513 mm, W 285 mm vs. O11D D 445 mm, H446 mm, W272 mm), cool options becomes limitless.Water cooling enthusiasts can use thicker and longer radiators as well as taller GPU water blocks. Or if air cooling is used instead, the O11 Dynamic XL can accommodate some of the largest tower coolers on the market. Lastly, the increased width of 285 mm, provides improved airflow with the option of adding a 120 mm fan at the rear.

For the Work Station dream PC
Keeping the 3D content creator and designers in mind, LIAN LI put together the solution of choice with the O11D XL. Capable to handle up to E-ATX and EEB (ie. X599 ASUS Dominance Extreme) motherboards for the most powerful CPU support, the space behind the motherboard tray now features four hot-swappable HDD/SSD bays as well as three additional SSD space behind the cable management bar. The additional cover/SSD trays mounted on the side radiator area gives the possibility to the user to either choose to install SSDs or remove the tray to mount fans or a radiator. The modularity of these trays also allows for placement of the SSDs on the bottom of the case. In total, up to 10 SSDs can be mounted to accommodate the user's tremendous storage needs.

For an all-out ASUS ROG look
Featuring a fully addressable RGB strip alongside the front tempered glass panel, enthusiasts can personalize their chassis to match the inner system color scheme. Being ROG certified, the O11D XL's LEDs are compatible with ASUS Aura for perfect synchronization of the system's lighting effect. And to make sure everything is pleasing to the eye, the O11D XL features more space behind the motherboard tray, as well as angled rubber grommets for ease of cable management. In addition, a total of 4x USB 3.0 are strategically placed on the front panel,( 2x USB 3.0 on the top right and 2x USB 3.0 bottom right to be more ergonomic whether the case is place on or under the desk., 1x USB 3.1 type C, as well as HD audio and mic ports, and an ARGB controller. Go ahead, make the dream PC, LIAN LI's got your back with the O11 Dynamic XL.

Very nice improvement. the chimney cooling effect is very effective, the space is very well used and is a good basis for liquid cooling.
Which is a bad thing to consider before buying? So a more powerful and high-efficiency power supply is needed since it has less (side carrier ,I suggest the same not least because of less heating . ) air access from the side and the height of the water-cooled GPU could be a problem. I do not see 165 mm of space required. Yes this information is missing! I am very pleased with the progress of the model .

I can only agree. They used to make some great cases, now it's just flashy stuff with no substance.

I can only agree. They used to make some great cases, now it's just flashy stuff with no substance.

And I understand why. Young generation of Americans have bad taste for PC cases.
Lian Li decide to profit from people who spend 3000-4000$ on hardware, 500$ on watercooling and look cases worth 100-150$.
Lian Li is much more reputable in Europe among older enthusiasts.
They not scare to pay 400 euro for nice aluminum case.
In USA even with insane discounts, and I mean half of real price they stay available long time until someone bought them.
Example PC-O12 was 150$... No matter what people think, maybe is not best of Lian Li cases but for up to 250$ you can't find better case.
I would be very sad if Lian Li gave up from their original style.

I was so sad because I couldn't afford 450 euro for PC-O9.
Later I saw him for 199$ in USA. Replacing his original legs with Lian Li SD-01 feets and he look even better.

This is my favorite now, in Europe is 400 euro. It's so small but fit E-ATX case.
Mine case is even better, in my original Lian Li PC-O11 fit even HPTX and Server Motherboard with option for 360mm radiator on top and 360mm radiator on floor.
And it's not big case at all.

PC-O8 is great even for small watercooling.

Yeah, once you put a huge GPU in there that chimney effect is not going to work so great. Steve from Gamers Nexus seemed to point that the air cooling with this case wasn't great.
