PowerColor, who have released excellent Radeon RX 5700 XT custom designs recently (our reviews: Red Dragon, Red Devil) has just posted an image announcing a watercooled Radeon RX 5700 XT "Liquid Devil".

I enhanced the photo of the card a bit and you can now clearly see the "EK" logo in the bottom right corner of the card, confirming that it is based on a custom EK Water Blocks cooling solution that you integrate into your existing watercooling loop. Release date and specifications are yet unknown, but I wouldn't be surprised if this will end up being the highest-clocked RX 5700 XT out there, because Navi will definitely benefit from lower temperatures and a higher power limit.

It won't increase performance much but it will keep it cool and quiet.

Yeah, watercooling no longer has the performance impact due to so many boost algorithms. It's all about the noise levels. But then, many AIB cards offer low noise without the hassle of water. And now I'm back on air cooling only, it's the way I'll stay.

AFAIK, liquid cooled GPU's have been around for quite a while now, so just exactly how is this one any different, other than perhaps the collaboration with EK, of which cooling products are a major part of their business anyways ???

I wonder how much this will cost. There are water blocks for the reference cards and I would like to know if the cost of this would me more than getting a reference card and installing the water block myself.

Does it need to be "different" besides being the only watercooled RX 5700 available? And even if there were others, so what? Should we only get press releases about new products when they are entirely new, in a category previously unknown to mankind? Should GPU makers just stop telling people about new models when they are launched? Such a weird sentiment. New products are worth a press release, and you don't have to read it if it doesn't interest you. Personally I'm really happy more manufacturers are creating SKUs with pre-mounted water blocks - that way you get a full warranty and everything. Not such a bad thing, that.

Got their Vega, 1620 MHz declared is really possible, also at @ 1.05V. Excellent piece. Sadly quite a bit of coil whine in load. Apart that, perfect.

water cooled gpu from factory, sad they use EK, over priced water blocks, lets wait and see price tag

many AIB cards offer low noise without the hassle of water.
Only if one considers these recent 30-35 dBA cards "low noise". Going way below 30 dBA (targeting literal silence) on a 300W card is still only possible with water.

I have the Radeon Vega 64 LC. I like Graphics-Cards with AIO Water-Cooling, because I don't want to have Heat in the Computer-Case.

Assuming this is a card that can just be added into an existing custom loop rather than a sealed AIO, it's not a bad option. After all, the block has already been professionally attached, comes with its own warranty, and one can just send the card back if there are issues, instead of having to reattach the original cooler and hope the company doesn't give you a hard time for damaging the "void if damaged" stickers.

I doubt it increases FPS in real world games much. Navi seems to be a dead end on gains from actual overclocking according to gamersnexus.

I have seen a review from Igor, in which Navi overclocks well.
