in your opinion, is it good to put fans that blow directly on the tank and block the air flow from going to the bottom of the box ?

If nothing else. get some Colored glow in the dark or flourescent UV reactive Acrylic paint that you can shoot with a little spray gun, some UV lighting in the case, and the interior will bleed shadows from behind your eyes.

Dark Luminous Phosphorescent pigment powder - charge done with UV light
Flourscence chromapop

just replace all leds in fans,lighting, ect with UV diodes
