Abkoncore Unveils the Ramesses 310 Tower Case

Abkoncore today unveiled the Ramesses 310, a low-depth ATX full-tower case that combines tempered glass with matte-black steel. Inside, the case positions the ATX motherboard below an upper compartment that holds the PSU and drive bays. With height compensating for depth, the case is able to hold up to three 240 mm x 120 mm radiators, one each along the bottom-, rear-, and upper side panels. The motherboard tray boasts of full-ATX support as it features 9 expansion slots, so you could install a triple-slot graphics card even in the bottom-most slot.

Storage options on the Abkoncore Ramesses 310 include three 3.5-inch drive bays in the upper compartment, and two 2.5-inch mounts behind the motherboard tray. Six Abkoncore Spider Spectrum 120 mm fans come included with the case, with an internal RGB LED controller that takes in RF remote control input. RGB embellishment also frame each of the front-panel ports: four USB 3.1 type-A, HDA jacks, and the power/reset buttons. Measuring 220 mm x 550 mm x 330 mm (WxHxD), the case weighs 9 kg. Available now, the Ramesses 310 is priced at 160€.

You should see their marketing materials. Those are hilarious.

Also, wouldn't longer cards be problematic?

They state the GPU clearance of 305mm, and E-ATX compatibility(also up to 305mm), but with total width of 330mm they are sure overestimating its capabilities...
And with wire management holes in those positions, it won't be realistic to put anything bigger than 280mm into that thing (which is still enough for most dual-fan cards).

As useless as it might be, I actually like the look more than your standard case, imagining it being a true tower by the desk setup.

Yeah the shape/form factor is unique. How well it maintains decent thermals is another thing...

I guess it will depend on the user. I am personally uncomfortable with a case that cannot fit at least 30cm. I may not use it all, but the fact that there is a size limit bugs me.

Would definitely put a vented custom acryllic panel on the back tho.

A top mounted PSU would do better if they ventilated the top of the case so it intakes from outside the case. Also, it looks like main airflow is from the bottom so front mounted fans are there for looks only, only a dufus would think the front was good enough airflow.

It is a minor change from the norm of all the regurgitated rectangular case design, but atleast someone appears to be trying.

There’s a link to the product page above. Two bottom intake fans, one rear exhaust, and two side panel fans that seem to serve no purpose than to recycle air (there are no vents in either side panel).

Technically they aren’t even side panel fans, just kind of a partition between the PSU and the motherboard area.
