Chuwi has recently announced the LarkBox a Mini-PC which can fit in the palm of your hand. The Chuwi LarkBox claims to be the smallest 4K PC at just 61*61*43 mm (0.16L). The LarkBox features an 8th generation Intel Celeron quad-core N4100 paired with 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and a 128 GB SSD. The Celeron N4100's UHD Graphics 600 iGPU allows 4K video output via the HDMI port.

The Mini-PC could be a great low power home office machine for basic web browsing and word processing. The Chuwi LarkBox is cooled by a single ultra-silence cooling fan which should keep the PC stable under all workloads. The Larkbox features two USB-A ports, a single USB-C port, HDMI connector and a 3.5 mm headphone jack along with Bluetooth 5.0 support.

I could see using one of these on vacation with a TV for email access and watching TV apps like HBO GO, Cinemax, Showtime or Epix...but the question is: does it make more sense than a laptop with an HDMI cable?

Is smaller, which is nice for something you are not going to move, like a torrent server or something like that, the tdp of the cpu is about 5w so it will cost little electricity too. Now it depends on the price tag and for me linux support.

I would imagine using this as a lightweight homeserver instead of an rPi.

Can this be used for video editing or too underpowered?
you can use it, but it will be shit. it's nice as a general usage machine or a small home server, but not video editing. If you look at one comment above yours, it is stated:

and I think this is right. A low tier CPU with little RAM (6GB is great, but still too little when you start opening those Chrome tabs) will not go a long way.

Thank you.
Any ideas for lost cost but effective Pc for video and audio editing (not exclusively for that, but could use it for that along with general purpose). Your ideas could be laptop, 2in one,nuc box. Etc
