Today, noblechairs are excited to launch the official noblechairs HERO Gaming Chair - DOOM Edition! The "DOOM Edition" will be available to purchase through many retailers worldwide. noblechairs recently announced their partnership with games publisher, Bethesda Softworks, and have already released an officially licensed Fallout Edition gaming chair.

The DOOM Edition by noblechairs has been designed to take distinctive elements from the game - making it a must have for enthusiasts and fans of the DOOM franchise. The chair comes with an all black base, blood-red accents and an exceptional design throughout. It features multiple rune markings, including the iconic glyph on the front of the chair, the mark of the DOOM Slayer.

On the headrest, the DOOM logo is stitched in two locations including black stitching on the front and white on the rear. The backrest features large pentagram markings with the staple phrase "RIP AND TEAR".

Check out the QuakeCon At Home online event today at Twitch.tv/Bethesda to see the Fallout and DOOM Edition noblechairs. They will be visible across the world as the Bethesda Community Managers will be proudly using them live on stream.

Key Features:
  • Adjustable lumbar support for your lower back
  • Memory foam embedded into the headrest for improved comfort
  • Durable, easy-clean, water-resistant and breathable
  • Larger surface area for the seat- and backrest, optimised for long gaming sessions

That is stunning but £380 is a bit much for me.

I have a Noble Chairs Hero (Black with blue highlights) and be warned for the first few weeks, until you adjust to it, the seat cushions on these are arse numbingly hard, and they don't give or soften, that's your job, not the chairs.

Don't all these gaming chairs look the same or similar design-wise? My Secret Lab Omega chair looks very similar to that, other than that awesome Doom motif on the Noblechairs Doom Edition.

It has good reviews in Blighty but £380 is steep, especially when you can get a decent HM office chair for the same price or less.

I recently bought a Staples Hyken mesh chair for work. It is without a doubt the best chair I've owned for support (I have a bad back) and comfort (all day). I've owned a lot of desk chairs over the years and this one tops everything else. You don't get fatigued after sitting long hours, nor do you have pain in your back when getting out of the chair after sitting for hours.

posts like this, in my opinion, are why the internet is awesome. lol great Doom reference! not to mention, the dedication it took someone to sign up and make an account just to have this be their 1st post. most would be like..."TLDR not gonna bother making an account"

lets see if this even stays visible because it seems there is always some a-hole with a stick up their rear flagging every other sarcastic/joke post i've ever seen on this forum as "low quality" which hides it from everyone without clicking a spoiler reveal kind of button

That's the exact same one I'm sitting on as I type this. Comfy and robust, bought from the now defunct Staples here in Blighty.

English allows both versions, Spelt and Spelled.
So they are different meanings, spelt is past tense, spelled is present tense. You are correct the English language allows for both spelligns for this reason :)
