Razer today kicked off Razercon 2020, its first annual virtual conference for gamers. The company announced entry into several new markets, including a foray into the DIY PC components market, and showed off its updated notebooks. To begin with, the company unveiled its Fall 2020 update to the Razer Blade Stealth 13 ultra-portable gaming notebook, by giving it cutting-edge 11th Gen Intel Core i7 "Tiger Lake" processors. All models combine an i7-1165G7 processor with GeForce GTX 1650 Ti graphics, but vary with display options, which include Full HD 60 Hz, Full HD 120 Hz, 4K 60 Hz touchscreen, and Full HD 60 Hz OLED.

Next up, is the Tomahawk line of cases. These come in two main variants, the Tomahawk ITX and the Tomahawk ATX (corresponding with the Mini-ITX tower, and ATX mid-tower form-factors). Built in distinct Razer industrial design, with a focus on gamer-related connectivity, low noise, and low temperatures, these cases combine steel with hinged tempered glass panels on both sides. The ATX version has room for graphics cards up to 38 cm in length, CPU coolers up to 17.6 cm in height, and features a conventional horizontally partitioned interior layout. The ITX case takes in graphics cards up to 32 cm in length, 16.5 cm tall CPU coolers, and a 240 mm x 120 mm radiator. Both cases feature the "Chroma Underglow," a set of RGB LED elements that project a soft glow underneath the case.

Lastly, Razer announced a collaboration with ASRock to design a new line of Razer-branded motherboards, debuting with Socket AM4 boards based on the AMD B550 and X570 chipsets. These boards appear to be based on ASRock's Taichi line of products, but with a handful Razer-specific customizations, including full integration of Razer Chroma, heatsink- and IO shroud designs and ARGB embellishments by Razer. The boards should launch within Q4-2020.

MSI is not going to like the name of that new PC tower... lol

Looks rather overrated, all of it, as is expected from Razer.

I still can't get over that new Z490 NZXT Stealth mobo... so gorgeous... wish NZXT gave AMD x570 some love like that.

Looks like the main body is from a Lian Li, then the front panel from an NZXT.

As much as I like that there are more options for cases, It kinda sucks that these expensive cases are just purely for a e s t h e t i c s rather than performance. Would've been cool if they did something like the Deepcool Macube 550 with the layout or something.

ah welp another overhyped product.

Preorder price for the ITX case is $180. H210 is cheaper but a bit bigger.

The preorder for the itx case in my country is around $250. For that size, I'd rather get the much cheaper NZXT H210.

100% agree. Razer knows they aren't targeting people like us, just the mainstream types who never delve too deep into this stuff

Updated my post with the official preorder price of $180. Still way too expensive.

Personally I feel like the current NZXT's cases are overrated. I liked NZXT back in H440 and Noctis Era.
Now I prefer Fractal's, Be Quiet!'s or Phanteks' in terms of performance & design.

But yeah, $180 is expensive. Let's see what Dimitry and Steve think when they review these cases.

From what I have been able to see in the photos on the Razer site, in the ITX case the power supply is placed in a position where it takes the air from inside, to expel it inside. And in the middle of everything. They could have done frankly better. The only thing that I see bad in the NZXT boxes is that they do not have a mesh in front of the front fans :( With a grinder, mesh and a bit of strong glue, solved;) I have an H200i and have been able to tune it. In the Razer ITX I see it complicated, but not impossible ...

When nzxt decides to change their front panel to ones like in phanteks mesh series. Than the competition in case market will be over.
