tried chipset fan but no difference after that tried a biger fan i m trying to cool the chipset

what motherboard are you using and how many hard drive are you installing. If you have a newer motherboard with the basic 6 sata on board, then sure but if you have a older board with no sata ports then you have to find a pci sata card that supports cd-rom devices.
