Masquerading as a review? What? Where? The article is clearly labeled "Press release" next to the byline, doesn't resemble a review whatsoever, and never claims to be one. It's not listed in the "reviews" sections of the forums or TPU site either.

in all the boxes I see this cooler being used in, none of them were able to overclock as much as ryzen does. I expect lotsa throttling.

Some 13-year-old using the PC their parents bought them for christmas will no doubt try, after watching one too many youtube videos. Though given that manual OC of Ryzen is pretty much meaningless they'd be doubly stupid to do so. So I guess it would serve them right?
