TUL Corporation, a leading and innovative manufacturer of AMD graphic cards since 1997, today brings it's fastest AMD Radeon RX 6000 series models with its Liquid Devil series, designed for the most demanding gaming and PC enthusiasts that require the very best performance for their existent custom loop water-cooling.

PowerColor and EK teamed up to create the fastest AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT and RX 6800XT. The new PowerColor Liquid Devil series are powered by the revolutionary AMD RDNA 2, with Raytracing support, groundbreaking AMD Infinity Cache, and 16 GB of dedicated GDDR6 memory to deliver outstanding gaming experience while running with zero noise at the lowest temperatures with the beautiful designed and high performance full-cover EK water block.

The Liquid Devil, features a precisely engineered nickel-plated copper base. The copper base effectively increases heat transfer efficiency. While the stunning nickel-plated quality finish, as good as it looks, has a crucial characteristic that ensures the copper base avoids corrosion.

State of the Art PCB
The PowerColor Liquid Devil AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT and RX 6800 XT graphics cards come with a powerful VRM configuration, a 14+2 phase using the industry's best DrMOS as well as high polymer capacitors. This combination enables greater performance and power stability compared to the 13/12 phase found on the AMD reference card. With the robust and remarkable PCB design, PowerColor Liquid Devil can handle over 400 W power.

Extra Rage with Unleash BIOS Mode
Unleash the Liquid Devil, playing with two modes of operation OC for solid performance with more balanced energy consumption and Unleash for the highest clocks and break records.

Customize Your Custom Loop Coolant Color
Bundled with the Liquid Devil card, comes our Devil Dye pack, this creativity pack will allow users to transform their clear or white EK-CryoFuel coolants into beautiful, personalized, one-off colors.

This seem nice. I assume, this is just card with EK waterblock preinstalled. So what is the price and availability? It is better than when buying card and block independently? What other components do I need to make it work? I already have Noctua cooler on my Ryzen 3700X and have Fractal Design R5 case with DVD drive installed.

To cool the GPU you need to buy: Radiator (at least x120x240x25),reservoir , pump, connecting pipes, connectors, at least distilled water, fans. But if you add, CPU cooling as well you need a CPU block and a larger radiator. Optional control circuit for fans and pump RGP accessories display flow . but not required. GL.

You dont NEED a 240mm radiator. AMD's 295x2 managed just fine with a 120mm rad, and that was a monster compared to even an OCed 6900xt.

It was 45 mm 120 x120 mm if i remember well ! not 25 mm thick radiator ! The temperature regime increased in comparison on 6900xt . The bigger the radiator the better OC mode will be , more stable and higher CL. than with air cooled GPUs!

Availability of these should hopefully be a bit better, if only because it requires more investment to get this up and running without frying itself, even on a dedicated mining BIOS (still have to pay for 120mm Rad + Fan + tubing + connections + pump). The cards themselves would also lose value faster if they also didn't take care to include biocide and corrosion inhibitors to prevent corrosion or gunk build-up (assuming they would want to try and resell them afterwards).

The real issue is how badly marked up these would be more because other models are already marked up. I can understand a slight mark-up over the basic 6900XT MSRP due to the semi-custom EK WB, but given how everything's been inflated due to demand of the air-cooled variants, this one could probably be marked up even more as a side-effect.

Most probably at least 200€ over the price of regular RED Devil.
EK sells blocks for reference 6800XT/6900XT in range from 150€-220€ depending on which style one chooses

The regular Red Devil 6900XT for example cost 1449€ in Germany at Mindfactory. They have that card very often in stock.
So most probably these will cost in range of 1649€ to 1700€. :(

As also comparison they had Sapphire 6900XT Toxic limited Edition in stock for 1799€ but that is a special edition so premium price.

These are also kind of special.

I hope PowerColor chooses higher binned chips for these otherwise only advantage of these would be temperatures and noise and not performance especially for 6900XT.
I had 6900XT Red Devil for one week before I return it back to Mindfactory.
I was not very lucky with that sample.
The performance was not that amazing. It was only about 5% faster than mine watercooled 6800XT while consuming much higher power to achieve this performance increase.

The worst part of this card is resale value...
As a veteran water cooling "enthusiast".
Much easier to sell a card when you slap the original cooler back on.

I bet this 6800XT will have a > $1000 "MSRP" and availability of thin air.

Go to AMD.com and check the "buy direct" link. Unfortunately there is no reserve/sign-up ability. Expect these new cards to Bot out in a minute or less.....

Found the older 5700 XT Liquid Devil on Amazon for $1050 USD. I think at EK shop it was originally going between $600 to $700 when it was available so I'm not holding out any hope for good pricing for the 6900 XT Liquid Devil for awhile.

Well I had not that bad an experience when selling my custom cooled cards in the past.

It seem here in Germany we have many enthusiast who dare to buy used cards over eBay.:p

When I sell these cards I usually offer the original cooler as free addition to the package if somebody is interested to put it on again.

Vega 64 was sold very easily and with a good price on eBay of around 60% of original cost. I sold it after 2.5 years.
I was blown away when I sold Radeon VII watercooled on eBay.
Unbelievably I got 700€ for that in December 2020. :twitch:
My original cost was about 950€ with water block and I had the card for almost 1.5 years. :D

This made my move to 6800XT easier, financing large chunk of the 999€ that I paid for reference 6800XT which I have also now put under water. :D

Should have sold your Radeon VII for 1000e, it's as fast as the 3090 in mining ETH:respect:
