In low end market it is popular to give names which refers to "peak wattage". The GS700 peak wattage is 700W, but real continous wattage is 600W. It is posible to see that on the box is writen "700W max power".

I know that it is shameful but even such well known companies as Deepcool use this marketing trick:

I bouhgt huntkey APFC 700 6 or 7 years ago, and the UPS 1 year ago
I had problem with fan, and fixed it by add some oil.

cheap bronze PSU with UPS is better than expensive PSU only, I think, or?

no need to apologize for your "weak english" (which is fine by the way) , most of us have a hard enough time with one language let alone two or more

A UPS is a battery backup for your PC that help protect your PC from power fluctuation, blackouts, and surges but it does not make your PSU better. A poor performing PSU is a poor performing PSU with or without a UPS and can take out your hardware by itself. So it's better to have a good performing PSU and a good UPS (if needed) or surge protector.

That only has any merits if your UPS is of on-line type, i.e., actually runs on regulated battery power all the time without switching. And even then it doesn't address issues like poor secondary voltage regulation and ripple suppression in low-end PSUs.

Cheap PSUs can actually cause additional problems with UPS. Especially if it isn't on-line it has a switching time, during which PSU has to hold-up power. This is practical implication of hold-up time test in real world. And low end PSUs often have short hold-up times...
