I've got the AORUS CV27F and I really like it. Problem is, it's only 1080p and 27 inch...and I have my scaling in Windows set to 175% so program windows are always huge and the buttons are always obscured. That why I'd like a 32" monitor, but they're so expensive...

I want that 32" one, but only if it has a native 1440p mode I can switch to for games that will struggle at 4k. I hate playing in windowed mode...

actually if the price is right $599 or less i will prob get this, i have been holding out for a nice 32" 4k high refresh IPS... I wouldn't want OLED anyway, double the price + burn in when I inevitably fall asleep forgetting to turn off my monitor. I hate timers for monitor turn offs. so I always set that option to never

21:9 is the best aspect for gaming and productivity monitors. I wish they will offer higher resolutions for this monitors with an aspect ratio of 21:9 in the future, 1440P is a bit soft when you scale up the magnification.

VA doesn't just smear - the colors and gamma change when you adjust your angle even a little.
Except VA in this case is 43" so you really won't be sitting 60-70 cm away from it. VA gamma change can be compensated by adjusting viewing distance. My living room TV is a 42" VA from Sony and while you do have to sit directly in front of it +-20 deg for optimal viewing angle there's no noticeable gamma shift when you're sitting 3 m away.

Edit.
Updates on FV43U:
HDMI 2.1 confirmed. Too bad it's going to be edge lit.

Edit.2
32 inch IPS model will also support HDMI 2.1.

The VA panel color and gamma constantly shifts when I move my head around. Even when I'm still, as I'm not directly in front of it, there is a different distance between the bottom left and the top right and the gamma changes a lot.
Out of curiosity, which 4k 32" VA monitor is it?

I have a 27" 1440p IPS monitor and a 32" 4K VA monitor.

They're both angled toward me on the desk.

The VA panel color and gamma constantly shifts when I move my head around. Even when I'm still, as I'm not directly in front of it, there is a different distance between the bottom left and the top right and the gamma changes a lot.

I'll stick with IPS for now. None of that rubbish.

And I bet your 27" 1440p cost more than your 4K VA. You knew that VA will suffer from viewing angle, why would you insist placed in that manner?

Well they do have pricing... it's $2999 for that one. And it's version 1 Asus, so for sure you're paying 3G to experience some interesting issues they missed in their QA.
Asus has pricing, these Gigabyte ones don't. Which was what I was asking for ;) The Asus comment was mostly about Gigabyte saying they were "launching the world's first 32-inch (FI32U) [...] 4K UHD tactical gaming monitors that sport HDMI 2.1 connectivity". Which is just nonsense. Philips also has the Momentum 328M1R and Viewsonic has the Elite XG320U. Though Gigabyte might be first to market, unless the others get their thumbs out of their collective behinds and start distributing stuff.

What this "tactical gaming monitors" ? Is it reload itself every time I'm shooting an enemy?
That sounds like the opposite of tactical, it would have to reload after shooting unless its sole purpose was to mess up your play ;)

Though it's stupendously obvious what a tactical monitor is. It's obviously for mounting on NATO rails. Duh. Now you can mount a 48" OLED to your gun and/or camera!

How else are you supposed to put a 27" and 32" monitor? (soon to be 2x 32"). It's normal to put them in a V-shape.

IPS 4K 32" monitors are 3x the cost of VA ones currently, so I had to settle for the VA.
