Arctic announces that all its products ship with at least six years of warranty. "Our ARCTIC product promise is that every single product meets the highest standards and deserves the lasting trust of our customers." (Founder Magnus Huber). This is a promise that our customers can rely on - and one that is now binding.

Providing first-class products at an excellent price-performance ratio is our passion. As an owner-managed company, we focus on reliability and quality. We recently announced a warranty extension for all Liquid Freezer II series coolers, and now we're taking it one big step further: because we believe so strongly in our products, ARCTIC is extending the manufacturer's warranty of its entire product range beyond the legally required two years to a full six years.

This warranty extension is effective immediately and applies retroactively to previously purchased products.

Note: Warranty extension does not apply to ARCTIC Sound products and chargers.

Kudos! I have a few case fans of theirs that already had 10-year warranty.

When are they gonna announce new P14s? They said they're "looking into" the motor noise.

Does any AIO manufacturer offer such a warranty?
Corsair and NZXT Officially. (after checking that you didn't do it on purpose)

cooler master (my own experience)
i had an older seidon 240 and it leaked on the block.
they asked after giving me a new one if something was damaged that they need to replace. (it wasn't the case since it was just a few drips on the backplate of my GPU)

Deepcool does the same.

So they compensate you for your damaged motherboard, CPU, graphics card, and other components?

I'm currently using a Freezer 64 Pro, which is for socket 939 (bought in 2006), and with MX-2 on a overclocked Ryzen 5 1600, and is simply perfect.

Also used MX2 on a core 2 Quad 9400, applied in jan 2010 with a Cooler Master GeminII S, and sold it in 2019, working perfectly and is still in use as far as I know.

Too bad they had problems with some of the newer stuff (Freezer 33, 34, 50) and that they don't list some specs.

Just bought and installed Arctic Freezer II 280 rev. 4. I've been using Corsair H115i PRO with 4x NB-eLoops in push-pull before and the difference is quite noticeable. My CPU is Ryzen 5 5600X, previous AIO was able to cool it down with unnoticeable noise level to about 85-87°C all-core load, if you wanted like 80°C then the noise was quite noticeable and there was high-pitched pump noise. Now, Arctic AIO cools it down to the same 80°C without any noise at all, 30% PWM on the pump and 500 RPM on radiator fans. I am sleeping right next to my PC so low noise was the whole point of buying an AIO for me (i just don't like having a 1kg piece of aluminum hanging off my motherboard). My only complaint is that the don't include second set of long screws for push-pull installation, it's possible using short screws you're supposed to screw the radiator on but they're hard to work with because you need a very thin screwdriver which i don't have readily available. Single set of fans works very well tho and stock P14 fans seem to be pretty much on par with NB-eLoops which surprised me, so this is rather minor thing.
PS: I just hope they've improved their fans because i had a 5-pack of P14 PWM PST before, and all 4 of which were installed leaked grease all over their impellers, i've opened up one of them and they didn't have a groove that's supposed to seal the bearing chamber to not let the grease out, or maybe the grease was too volatile, i don't know. Anyway, Arctic refunded me so it's alright.

I have a Liquid Freezer II 120mm Rev.2. Got it for my Ryzen 5 3600 since the SpinQ I had is 11 years old and anything multicore immediately pins the CPU temps at 105C.
New cooler has max 73C temps, and is completely silent. Even with my ear up against it, I can't hear anything.

Glad to see I get a 6-year warranty now!

Out of curiosity, though, do this revised warranty from ARTIC cover component(s) damage too?
Very unlikely. Why would they be responsible for shipper/user error and abuse? Now, if that damage happened in shipping when the item in question was purchased directly from them, then yeah I think they would cover it.
