AMD's roadmap for notebook processors from 2020 - 2022 has recently been leaked and it reveals some interesting information for the launch of Zen 3+ and Navi 2. AMD will release the Rembrandt "H" series for mobile workstations in 2022 manufactured on the 6nm node with Navi 2 graphics and a Zen 3+ core design. These chips will include PCIe 4.0, LPDDR5/DDR5, and USB 4 support and will come with a power target of 45 W while a 15 W lineup of U series processors will also be released with identical specifications. The roadmap also shows the launch of Dragon Crest processors for tablets and handheld devices in 2022 with Navi 2 graphics and Zen 2 core designs. AMD is also set to launch the Barcelo "U" series for ultrathin laptops with very similar specifications to Cezanne "U".

System Name Bragging Rights
Processor Atom Z3735F 1.33GHz
Motherboard It has no markings but it's green
Cooling No, it's a 2.2W processor
Memory 2GB DDR3L-1333
Video Card(s) Gen7 Intel HD (4EU @ 311MHz)
Storage 32GB eMMC and 128GB Sandisk Extreme U3
Display(s) 10" IPS 1280x800 60Hz
Case Veddha T2
Audio Device(s) Apparently, yes
Power Supply Samsung 18W 5V fast-charger
Mouse MX Anywhere 2
Keyboard Logitech MX Keys (not Cherry MX at all)
VR HMD Samsung Oddyssey, not that I'd plug it into this though....
Software W10 21H1, barely
Benchmark Scores I once clocked a Celeron-300A to 564MHz on an Abit BE6 and it scored over 9000.
Looking forward to Van Gough this year if that's accurate.

Zen2 is fine, if not exciting at this point, but LPDDR5 and RDNA2 in a 9W ultraportable? Yes please!

Isn't that just what Zen3 is going to be called when they move the manufacturing to 6nm?
We're not there yet but you can bet your socks that AMD will be refreshing the desktop 5000-series when that happens.
This is just the APU/Mobile roadmap.

Everyone, chill. AMD is a small company still and they cannot realistically sustain the rhythm of tick tock each year. They just can't.
In 2022, by the end we'll probably get zen 4 on 5nm for desktops. We'll also get these 6nm parts, which are actually nice cause they come with rdna2, but I am not sure the 7nm to 6nm+ will give them sufficient improvement.

As for Intel, Intel is going back up to speed. Slowly but steadily. If they manage to launch Alder Lake by end of year, it will be a very important feat.

Maybe or there could be some improvements? Should probably keep an eye out on WTFtech or one of them Youtubers with "inside sources" who like to leak a ton of BS
