And i think you'll find your timings are 14-14-14 with the RAS between 34 and 42 somewhere, but likely 14-14-14-38
I think you will find my settings are missing a lot more numbers than what I initially typed. I can add the rest if you want to be pedantic about it? Just figured it would bore everyone to death, but as some here don't accept that somebody other than them might possibly know stuff, it seems anything less than every minute detail will result in people trying to high-five in the peanut gallery...

14-14-14-14-28-42-4-6-14-4-8-12-252-187-115-28-28-2-9-4-4-14-8-8-4-1-4-4-1-6-6-1-14553-218-8-19-26-2t

How my setting are wrong and why.
So you put a secondary timing in with your primary timings, who does that?
No one puts in secondaries or tertiaries because no one cares

I get it now, lol

yep I just read it wrong. DDR5 kind of scares me a bit... I feel like its terrible design choice for the future, not sure what they are thinking honestly. it seems like a step back imo.
not as bad as x99 (haswell ddr4) getting worse clocks and timings than z97 (haswell ddr3)

Prove me wrong, show me one instance where a stick of RAM has been stated as being 14-14-14-14
You screwed up and rather than admit it should have been 14-14-14-42 you keep doubling down.

Edit: found some instances on OC forums where stability is trying to be found.
Still find 14-14-14-14 weird without the tRAS.
But i do apologise for being abrasive about it.

hmmmm if the price actually ends up being $400 for 32GB, the intel/AMD DDR5 might be a tough sell if DDR4 is still widely available and still $150 for 32GB, unless those new platforms have some serious performance improvements............however historically the move to a newer DDR gen didn't typically result in much gains (right away).

yes I understand now, but hope you keep in mind, the sale price 90% won't be MSRP :)

ridiculous. the price and timings should be for modules of 8+ Ghz, not this crap.
