Building on the core functionality of market favorites like Dynamic and Prisma, the Aspect series brings an exciting new aesthetic to the Fractal range of fans. Available in regular and RGB versions, notable Aspect features include aerodynamic stator struts for lower turbulence, Trip Wire technology for enhanced blade efficiency, rifle bearings and built-in chaining support to simplify cable management. Additionally, the PWM models offer a wide RPM speed range, making them ideal for radiators. This makes Aspect an excellent fit for anyone looking for discrete or extravagant cooling that balances aesthetics and performance.

what kind of nonsense is this supposed to be? stator struts for internal turbulence? why? why is that even a thing? And WTF is Trip Wire Technology? its PR made up garbage trying sell used bubble gum in a shiny new wrapper.

Fractal can make some decent stuff but it looks like they hired the PR team from Intel...

stop fucking around with the frame designs, and let them seal properly against radiators!

They needed to release something new and they delivered... just now looked in their web at aspect 14 - 3pin fan, damn.

Didn't know that "chain feature" is called and marketed as that, haha. Splitters from now on are "chain feature". :D

I think they meant aerodynamically designed struts, the 4 plastic struts that holds the motor. Idk what nonsense does for internal turbulence means lmao. Trip Wire is their small raised section in the suction side of the leading edge of the fan blades. Not sure how that helps either.

Not with those prices.
They are 1$ more than Arctic offerings, all things considered they are still a better value for a budget builder than a 20$ noctua or god forbid, a 30$ be quiet

The key to arctic fans successes is their value packs, you can get 3 or more fans for a nice discount.

That's what I had in mind when i said "those prices"
F12 5 pack is cheaper than 3 individual fans from Fractal. And Fractal's packs only come in 3s

They want to compete with Arctic F series fans, which are selling well.
In that case, they need to slash their 3 by factor of 3 minimum. Arctic fans in Europe often sell for 3-4 Euros. Fractal just can't compete with that.

The F series FDB fans ?

Those are a steal at that price
Not really a steal, but just a very basic and budgeted fans. Some years ago I saw some Apevia generic 7 bladers on amazon for 3 Euros. 5-6 Euros is a normal price for fans or at least it should be as such thing as fan it barely has any materials and barely any engineering.

Holy Moly that fan blade leading edge appears flat AF .... they ain't gonna reduce any turbulance with that . Wouldn't be surprised if that is one of the worst performing fans in dB/rpm !
