I called it from the moment I saw it, I knew it was an elaborate troll
I wonder if their fun got cut short by some rather impolite emails (aka legal threats) given how much attention it got, but one thing's for sure, it showed that there's still love for this brand and some demand for their products. If within their power, I would love to see NVIDIA revive it and make use of the 3dfx branding for entry-mid segment products (essentially replacements for the GTX 16 series) or better yet, their own "in-house" AIB.

Damn! I was so looking forward to getting a VooDoo 20 60000 for my next build. I already have the forklift battery lined up for the much needed external power.
My former 5 5500 I bought new and sold on Ebay a few years ago. I thought I got a fantastic price for it then, now they're selling for 3x-4x what it brought in bidding. It went to someplace in the former Soviet Union.
