Just finished changing the trash pads on my Gigabyte 3080 and the temps dropped from 102C to 74C with the RTX Demo(turned off DLSS) running and at 74C the fan speed was even lower so the stock pads really are trash. Swapped them with Gelid and Thermalright pads.
