We've been implementing and refining precautions against that for many years, to fight spam. For example you can't register using a proxy, VPN or TOR. Also many problematic countries have been banned from registration
Also no point making multiple accounts for this, because up to 15 posts you will get tickets 1:1, and diminishing returns only start (slowly) above 15. At this point we usually know the content quality being posted
