In addition to the KG722 mechanical keyboard, DeepCool introduced the CK560 and CK560 White ATX mid-tower cases. These are characterized by a front-intake with holes punched in the DeepCool logo pattern that almost makes it a coarse mesh intake for the three RGB-illuminated 120 mm fans behind. The case features a conventional horizontally-partitioned interior layout that's all-black in both models.

The upper compartment with the motherboard tray features room for graphics cards up to 38 cm in length, and CPU coolers up to 17.5 cm in height. The tray also features a graphics card brace that counteracts PCB bending over time. Four 120 mm fans are included with the case, three of which have RGB illumination. Ventilation options include three 120 mm front intakes, a 120 mm rear exhaust, and two 140 mm top exhausts. Storage options include two 3.5-inch/2.5-inch drive bays, and two 2.5-inch mounts behind the motherboard tray. Front-panel connectivity includes a USB 3.2 type-C, two USB 3.2 type-A, and a 4-pole headset jack. The case measures 456 mm × 230 mm × 471 mm (LxWxH). The company didn't reveal pricing.

I was just thinking how terrible that front panel is for airflow. Something like 90% solid wall blocking the fans.
Yeah, there are some thin side slits but realistically this is going to suck for cooling through the front panel. That rear fan and all of the holes elsewhere are going to be doing a lot of heavy lifting with this one :\

Terrible would have been having a glass panel there. I think your 90% is over estimating, I'd guess closer to 65%. Thats still functional, its not the best, but it works for this design.

I think the RGB is misleading you… I doubt that’s even 30% open surface for airflow.

I used photoshop to count non-white pixels in an area. Took me 30 seconds to discover it's exactly 87.9% solid front panel.

In hindsight, 90% wasn't a bad first guess.

Yea, if you only count airflow thru those crosses, but I wasnt just considering that.

Oh right, that's what I meant: Front panel airflow through that design; I already mentioned the thin side slits separately in the same original post so as not to leave that ambiguity out.

Tempered glass panels are considered a 0% airflow solid wall. Even though most cases with tempered glass panels have side/top/bottom vents in the fascia, nobody attributes those vents to the front panel. It's semantics, sure, but at least we can both agree that the airflow through that panel is worse than mesh, and that the cross pattern isn't particularly useful for letting the fans breathe.

Elevated Systems did a review on it: Deepcool CK560, Case Review & PC Build

Airflow is very good. The CG560 also has good airflow (it competes with the Meshify 2 Compact)

I kind of doubt it? Elevated systems provides no ambient temp and used two completely different builds in those reviews… There’s really no way to compare the two based on their testing.
