CPU market currently seems to be avoiding the disaster in GPU and motherboard markets.

I'm getting one if I can find it locally. It'll be a nice drop-in upgrade for my Zen 2 rig. Really curious about the extra cache performance. I take the "fastest gaming processor" claim with a grain of salt, but I believe the 5800X3D will be able to match Alder Lake's ST performance in specific scenarios.
