The latest X1 and X2 LED projectors are designed for all kinds of home entertainment spaces. For living rooms or recreational spaces, the X1 model can be mounted on the ceiling to better utilize the area; and, for smaller rooms, the short-throw X2 can sit on a tabletop, projecting a 100" large screen from just 1.53 m away.

The X1 is equipped with a lens shift control knob for users to vertically adjust the image, all without needing to move the projector. Additionally, with a 1.3x optical zoom lens, it provides flexibility when mounting the projector on the ceiling. Users can choose a setup location within a range to get a large image that doesn't interfere with existing interior designs, such as hanging lights or support beams.

These features are complemented with 3,100 LED Lumens of brightness and 125% Rec. 709 color wide color gamut, both projectors deliver bright and true-to-life visuals in Full HD resolution that are unaffected by ambient light. Can someone explain how they project the blacks in that photo? The room is so bright, and they have some physics defying technology that can not only give hi gamut hi lumen colour, it can also cast shadows on the wall. Amazing stuff.

Theoretically it could be projecting onto a Vantablack screen with lots and lots of lumens ...

I gave up on home projectors a long time ago, just not worth the hassle without a dedicated theater room.

I am always a fan of new LED projectors - fun to use/test. But "3,100 LED Lumens" = light source lumens which is a) incredibly irrelevant to the user and b) not even a standardized (ANSI) number. A good spec sheet mentions light source & projected image brightness in ANSI (and at which projection size!). Best case scenario that projected image ANSI Lumens number should be at the biggest advertised projection size. In case of these, 150" max projection size is pretty optimistic regardless. And calling the X2 "short throw" is up for interpretation as well IMHO.

PS: I have yet to see a brand provide non-photoshopped marketing images - but always fun to see what brands come up with!

I disagree, I have a "mini, HD" projector I bought for less than $100 from amazon a couple of years ago, ideal for a family movie cinema night, rearrange the sofas against the back wall, shut curtains and blinds, provide plenty of snacks and sugary drinks... ok, I think it's interlaced or 480p, sharpness isn't great, picture can be a bit off, but if you have children it's perfect enough for a movie night with some shop bought popcorn and snacks and a lot less troublesome than trying to organise and drag 5 children to the cinema and paying $100 for a movie and a bit of popcorn IMO anyway

heh, wouldn't work very well as that substance absorbs nearly all light that hits it. Sure, the blacks will be deep, but you won't be seeing much else. You would have much better luck painting the wall black with a low-gloss paint(egg shell).

Figure 3 is mentioned so many times in the description, it should be an awesome product.
