The EVGA PowerLink 41s seamlessly connects to your EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 while providing maximum stability, improved case airflow, and glows with fully-customizable ARGB LED. Designed exclusively for EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 Series with the new 16-pin power connector, the EVGA PowerLink 41s brings better cable management to a whole new generation.

Say goodbye to messy cables and connectors. Your EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 deserves better cable management and case airflow to go along with your perfectly-tailored system with the EVGA PowerLink 41s. Multiple solid-state capacitors filter the power source before it reaches the graphics card, improving stability and reducing ripple and noise. Connect the EVGA PowerLink to the ARGB header on your EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti FTW3, and then control the ARGB lighting and effects through EVGA Precision X1 to sync your style.

Like i said in another forum about this:
This is just a 12pin > 4x8pin adapter. The purpose of PowerLink should (at least it was) to hide the cables, so the 8pin connections should be at a 90 degree angle towards the motherboard, so that they are not seen. In this case, one 12pin sticking out is visually better than four 8pin. They didn't even bother to put proper CableMod or similar set of cables in there for the promo picture. So these four 8pin cables look even worse.

Hi,
Yeah this is beyond stupid and the opposite of better cable management

Guessing they couldn't figure out how to add rgb to a 12"+- long wiring adapter and still charge an obscene amount for it like this silly device will be priced at

This could only ever look good if perfectly managed, which seems almost impossible. Much better idea to just run an adapter at the psu side and have some kind of RGB strimer cable ontop of the 12+4/16 pin if you wanted rgb.

More RGB nonsense.
more choice on according the color scheme ...

all my aRGB gears are set on fixed white ... what if i want to do all red? i can! wait ... i would have to change my 6 last fans for that, 1x120mm (got a Cooler Master Halo just for that one already) 5x140mm Corsair ML 140 white (probably 5 Halo 140 later ) i regret buying fixed color fans

RGB/aRGB are a solution, not a pollution :p

although that .... thing ... is beyond [heavily self censoring]

Next thing you know, we'll be running ridged conduit or wire molding inside of our cases for all of the wiring. Imagine how much fun that would be if you also want to have a custom water cooling loop for your graphics card(s) and cpu.

Just skip rgb fans and you’re fine with the wiring. Been there done that.

Well yeah, of course it does. Ever take a bunch of Christmas lights for a tree and wrap them around a broom handle? You would do the same thing for the conduit. For the wire molding, just stick it on top of the wire molding.

Btw LianLi does have very good fans that are packaged and have good wiring, not like typical RGB fans. They basically solved the problem

Just make sure that conduit/wire mold is large enough to accommodate a bundle of 8 or 6 gauge wires, which is what we will soon need if the current power requirements continue on the current trend, heheheh... :D
