I'm gonna guess you can lose 10-15mm height if you remove the rgb plastic, makes room for the cooler if needed. Which makes me ask, how easy would it be to remove it.

If you're going to do that, just get the non-RGB stuff from Corsair or similar.
Thats not really the point, if you want this memory and not the rgb, you'll have to decide if its worth some ghetto-modding..
