I saw the game at Fry's. I really want to get it. But on the box, it didn't say anything about the Single Player Campaign. Does it game have Single Player mode? or it's like Battlefield?

so the single player mode has its own story/plot right? like Quake 4, Doom 3, FEAR.

I waited for this game for a long time, demo comes, and all of the servers have a horrible ping to me... I wish the servers had better pings!!!

no, its more like battlefield...in where players are replaced with bots.

I to saw it at frys (i worked there part time for some quick bucks), i am a big fan of ET, but i am disappointed on the reaction of the game. I love it, but if no one plays it, make no point. So i gonna wait a watch xfire or gamespy "gimme the stats" and see how the population grows.

Yea I agree, there's no point of getting a game which aimed for online mode but then no one plays it. Like the PS2 Star War (battle something?) game.

Some of the games that i loved, but had a disappointing reaction are Tribes: Vengeance, SW:Battlefront2, and Red Orchestra. Great games, but no one of great quantity plays them. And there is a bunch of mods of hl2 and source that no one plays either. very sad to see :shadedshu

The first tribes was a great success without a doubt.

The first and second did fanatically, and are still played still (but not in huge amounts). The third, did horrible. I blame it on VU Games releasing it like a week before HL2.
