Because gamers are notoriously cheap and easily misled. Agree with your point on ROG peripherals but Logitech is just an accessible brand, not a top tier one. Their keyboards and mice are all horrible (except maybe the G Pro) because they add a bunch of customisable, gimmicky "gamer" buttons to everything. A mouse shouldn't look like a Lambourgini and have 19 customizable buttons, it's just stupid. Logitech peripherals only do well because of a) their marketing aimed at entry level gamers who don't know any better and b) their affordable price.Logitech is better known for peripherals. Go look at the top mice and stuff actually use are. It's not ROG anything. Zowie, logitech, Razer, Steelseries and they aren't cheap.
I'd have a real Recaro racing seat before any office chair.Wireless armrests
Herman Miller though is generally a company that makes real chairs. Not those snowflake racing seats
Their Bolt-enabled devices are nice, although they certainly aren't worth their ask price.Buzzwords. That's all anything is these days. Yet you have a bunch of commenters here desperately trying to convince us that spending 1500 dollars on an ugly, unremarkable, basic office chair is good value for money. Lmao.

I like the hate towards this just because it has logitechs name on it. I bought a Herman miller long before gaming chairs exploded in popularity and long before Logitech put their name on one.
It's without a doubt the best purchase I ever made for my setup and 9 years on I don't even give a second thought to how much I spent.
I use an MS Pro mouse, with the same damn sensor those others use just like when I played quake. Also have steelseries stuff.Buzzwords. That's all anything is these days. It's funny the most frequent comment seems to be about how much it costs. People don't seem to understand there are different tiers of products. Herman Miller chairs expensive, but usually worth it and even has good resell value as long as you take care of it.
I made snarky comments when I was in my 20's because I couldn't fathom spending more then the bare minimum on "just a chair". Later as professional life took hold and I found myself spending a lot of time in chairs, I gradually became more particular about features and quality. And heath, proper support goes a long way.
Those are probably the people buying these chairs.
I'm definitely interested to see whether it's just gaming themed version of an existing model, or if it's an all new chair as the article suggests.

Oof, not sure I've seen such a bad take before.Should have collaborated with Asus, and made a proper ROG chair. Aint nobody buying Logi chair for more than 230.
