16 GB for this type of performance is utter overkill. No one puts so much memory on such a low-end tier card.

The BL 3 numbers are likely caused by the fact that W1z tested it with DX 11 instead of 12.
DX 12 used to be in a beta phase in BL 3 for a long time but not anymore and in other ppl's tests the ARC cards does better with DX 12 in BL 3.
As a long time BL 3 player I've already told W1z that if possible re check those numbers with DX 12 instead of 11.
Tho I agree that the performance is way all over the place with the current gen ARC cards + drivers and that needs to be fixed first.
On a side note I like how this Acer card looks.
