So grow a pair of new ones or borrow someone else...
 
Rather than just go for braindead clocks at high latency and voltage for Intel, why not work on some CL28/26 DDR5600-6000 for AMD.
 
Imagine using Memtest for Windows in 2022 instead of TestMem5.
